FED UP after 4yrs! Best MD ive ever had, front desk receptionists incredibly sweet & helpful (rare to find that!). BUT... new clinic coordinator? BIG MISTAKE! Also, myself & numerous fam&friends have all now met with other providers within both clinics and report the same type of odd behavior from them especially ARNP's, "your doctor doesn't know what they are doing, so THIS is what we are doing!" or "I don't know why your doctor has done x,y,z!" or actually seeing you during a visit with actual strep throat but NOT taking a strep culture, saying they will NOT prescribe antibiotics & telling you your ok and to go home!?! This is a common thing all of a sudden! What broke the camels back for me was being told I had cancer & was referred to a specialist to find out how bad. 5 days lapsed so I called to find out who the referred dr was & was told point blank as I sit in a house with family surrounding me, "I'm not sending your referral until you change your PCP's name on your state insurance card!!". Finally got my appointment with specialist and results were "your fine! come back in 6mos!". I love my MD at the clinic and that's why ive stayed so long, but because of the way that litt

They treat their patients like crap all the way from the front desk staff to the nurse practitioners. A few of the front desk staff are extremely condescending and lack a great deal of communication skills and patience. They also treated me as if I were to know how their facility worked in terms of how they schedule and when the optimal time is to set an appointment. A couple of examples: I was told that if I call after 12 noon my issue won't be looked at until the next day. I was also told that they set aside open times so that people needing same day appointments have the ability to do so, BUT you have to call at 8 am. Again all in a condescending tone- LIKE I'M SUPPOSED TO KNOW HOW YOU RUN YOUR CLINIC??!! GET REAL.

Jackie Laughlin is hands down the most apathetic, ignorant medical un-"professional" I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. She is also perhaps the laziest. Both times I have been in to see her, the first being for a knee issue, the second being for severe sickness (still undetermined, thanks to her), she has flatly refused to examine me, making snap decisions and diagnoses based on who knows what. With my lingering and increasing knee pain she made the diagnosis and dismissed my concerns without an examination, coming back in after the fact to check them compulsorily before leaving the room for good. She told me to "Maybe get a knee brace?" I still have issues. Nothing was addressed or fixed. With this latest exam I told her I had fever, extreme and severe coughing that left me unable to talk or sleep, sore throat, headaches, etc. She prescribed out of hand a STRONG antibiotic, a blanket powerful drug that is barely necessary for anyone. She did not examine me until she had already told me her diagnosis, was apathetic about my lack of sleep or severity of my symptoms, and was disrespectful when discussing my symptoms, almost as if she didn't believe me. I had nine renal aneurysms and a kidney infection and they wanted to send me to a gynecologist. Later, when I needed my medical records for the UW transplant surgery team, SFFC told me they would get them to me in a "week". All other medical offices involved in my care understood the urgency of medical condition and gave me the records that day.
